How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since December 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide "Blue Diamond" Services which are extremely rare. These Services will enhance the professional appearance of your facility from Day 1. We continually ask ourselves, "How can we offer you, our client, “Moore Service” and how can we improve?” Our Clients can be assured that Moore Janitorial Service will always pursue these principals
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
On Monday morning I walked into a “supposedly” cleaned building. Instantly, I noticed the of paper on the carpet, the trash cans in the far left side of the building still had trash in the cans, the kitchen dishes were still in the sink from Friday and the soap dispensers in the restroom was still empty. My co-workers and I complained to Management. Management contacted the janitorial company and the company promised to do better that night. On Tuesday Morning, I noticed that the building was half cleaned once again. My department was invited to another facility within the company and I notice the same poor quality service. For that moment forward, I started paying attention to business and their cleanliness. From observation of different faculties I knew something had to be done and thus “Moore Janitorial Service” was born. I saw the need and opportunity for a cleaning service that would provide reliable, consistent and quality service to small and large office buildings, banks, churches, department stores, theaters, schools, hotels, motels, retail outlets, law firms, daycares and corporate headquarters.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Responsive, individualized Service is critical to us, as it differentiates us from all others. We provide customized Janitorial Services to the needs of our clients… within budget… on time… with an obsessive dedication to getting it right for you- not just the first time- but every time.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time, we have one facility and service Metro Oklahoma City area. Eventually, we will offer services to the entire state of Oklahoma and will include residential cleaning.
